IMPORTANT NOTICE:

1. The above mentioned car rental prices are ONLY related to Villa Tropical.

2. This special Rent a Car offer is valid throughout the years 2012 and 2013.

3. The price includes full DKW insurance with an own risk deposit payment of 200 euros.

4. The government tax of 13.5 % is included in the rental price.

5. Child seats are free of charge.

6. If required, the vehicle can be delivered to the airport, free of charge.

7. The use of the vehicle by a 2nd driver is allowed and is without extra charge.

8. Reservation of the car(s) will ONLY take place when the application form has been fully completed!

9. After returning the car, the deposit of 200 euros will be fully refundable if :

a) the vehicle has been returned without any serious damage
b) the vehicle has been left at the place / date / time stipulated in the car rental contract
c) child seats have not been lost
